Return/Exchange policy:
The items should be unused & unwashed for hygienic purposes and in its original condition, unaltered. The price tag (and the silk mark tag if applicable) must be present. The saree folding must be intact. Items without the original tags as it was sold, will not be accepted for returns/exchange.
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
The return or exchange request can be raised only for receiving a damaged or incorrect delivery of product or concerns with the chosen size and cannot be raised for concerns on the colour variation.
Return/Exchange request needs to be raised within 3 days of having received the product.
Onward & return logistic cost of Rs.85/- for each item will be charged on free shipping orders.
The product would be picked-up in 5-7 business days after the return or exchange request is approved by the customer support team.
Our QA team diligently checks for quality for all products before shipping the products and so the chances of defects or damage is less likely, all items under the home Décor section of the website, Jewellery, and other Accessories would be considered for refund or exchange only upon providing unboxing video if at all there is a damage.
Pre-stitched sarees cannot be returned/exchanged.
The products purchased on Deal of the day- Friday sale cannot be returned nor exchanged.
The size chart provided in the product page is clear, but if there is a concern on the size after receiving the product, it is possible to request for an exchange within 3 days of having received the product (with original tags) provided there is availability of other preferred sizes, if not the cost of the product after deducting the shipping cost will be refunded.
All the refunds will be credited to the same payment mode through which the order was paid. The refund might take 7 to 10 working days to credit from the date of initiation.
We do not accept returns for orders from countries outside India & USA.
How to Raise the Return:
Please share the image or video of the product if there is a defect/damage to returns@ojovathi.in within 3 days of having received the product.
Mention the order number, your name, contact number, reason for return and the shipping address along with the picture of the product with its original tags in the email to raise a return or exchange.
Our customer support team would reach out to you over the mobile number provided or via email soon after the return or exchange request to help you with the process above and will analyse the return request and approve the same, upon approval, you will be notified via email on the status of the return/exchange.
